Return Policy

Products Purchased from an IllumiSci Distributor or Reseller

Products purchased from an Authorized IllumiSci reseller will be subject the reseller or distributor’s return policies. IllumiSci cannot compensate for any discrepancies. Purchases made from unauthorized resellers will not be honored and the products will not be covered by a warranty. Please contact the reseller or distributor to return items subject to their policy.

Products for return under warranty

All IllumiSci warranties apply to the Customer or Original Owner (the individual who purchased the product for their own use) also referred to as the End User; and are not transferable. IllumiSci warranties are subject to and provided only on the terms and conditions set out in the Warranty indicated by the IllumiSci One Year Limited Warranty.
